I get it, visiting a new salon may feel a little intimidating, especially if you are unsure what to expect. To help make sure your first visit is as seamless and comfortable for you as possible. I have compiled some helpful information to share with you.
Location.
I am an independent stylist located in ZaZa Studios! I am in suite 216, down the right hallway- take a small hallway on your right and I am on the right! I’ll see you soon!

Pre Visit.
You’ll receive a text message to confirm your appointment 72 hours before your scheduled appointment, please be sure you confirm your appointment so I know you are coming. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time please let me know ASAP, and review the salon policies below.
Another appointment reminder will be sent 24 hours before your appointment, no action is needed on this reminder unless you need to cancel or reschedule.
On Appointment Day.
Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may be asked to reschedule for another time.
I am an independent stylist in Refinery Hair in West Des Moines. There is a parking lot as well as the main entrance in the back of the building.
When you enter the salon if no one is at the desk to greet you, go ahead and take a seat in the waiting area and I will personally come up front to meet you!
Your Consultation.
I have already sent you an email with your dream mood board!! If you find other pictures that you like, please bring them with you. I will still discuss what process we will be taking with our first visit and future visits. If you DON'T like any photos I sent you please let me know so we can have an open discussion.
Attire.
Please avoid wearing its that are bulky, especially turtle neck and also clothes that you would be upset if they were to get color on them. It does happen and is sometimes unavoidable.
